Managing System Integrations

- System Integrations can be accessed in all the paid plans of Creator.
- It can only be created and managed by the super admin but is accessible and usable by the other admins.
3. Configuring System Integrations in Creator

Below is a video which shows how to configure System Integrations for Zoho Checkout. Similarly, you can configure for the other services also.
3.2 Steps to configure integrations with Zoho Checkout
The following are the steps for configuring system integration for Zoho Checkout:
Navigate to Operations under Manage and click System Integrations. You will be able to view the list of System Integration services.

Click the Zoho Checkout card or the Configure button on the card. On clicking the card or the button, a popup will appear. You can choose to associate your Creator account with an existing organization mapped under Checkout or create a new one.

On clicking the Create Organization button, you will be take to a Configuration page. Choose the country from which you want to operate the payment gateway which in turn would be used in your payment workflows and are powered by Checkout. Click Configure.
Note: Selecting a country, such as India or the United Arab Emirates, requires you to specify the corresponding state as well.

Once the service authorization process is completed, you can easily create payment workflows to make online payment transactions in your application. Click View on Checkout, to be taken to Zoho Checkout's service page.
Note: When Zoho Checkout is configured from Zoho Creator, a separate organization is created in Zoho Checkout for the respective Creator account. The organization is automatically assigned the Integration combo plan.

3.3 Steps to configure integrations with Zoho Analytics and Cloud functions
The following are the steps to configure Zoho Analytics and Cloud functions:
Navigate to Operations under Manage and click System Integrations. You will be able to view the list of System Integration services. Click the card of the service you want to choose.
Click Configure under the Configurations tab and you can using of the features associated with the service.

The following are the steps for configuring system integration for ZeptoMail Analytics:
Navigate to Operations under Manage and click System Integrations. You will be able to view the list of System Integration services. Click the Configure button on the ZeptoMail card.
Click Configure ZeptoMail to start the association between ZeptoMail and Creator. Creator verifies whether the email address of the super admin is associated with a ZeptoMail account.

After the verification from Creator, follow one of the below steps as applicable:
Create Account: Click I understand, Create to create a new a ZeptoMail account and associate it with your Creator account. A new account will be created and associated if you aren't already a ZeptoMail user.

Associate Account: If your email address is linked to a ZeptoMail account, then you can easily associate it with your Creator account by clicking I understand, Associate.

Review the mail agent details for your account and click Continue.

Note: To enhance email organization and grouping of emails, Mail Agents are used. As part of the account association process, a new Mail agent called 'Creator Default' will automatically be assigned as the default option. However, if necessary, this default setting can be modified once the integration is successfully finalized from Email Analytics under Email Management. Once you set up a Mail agent, the next step is to Verify Domains in ZeptoMail. Click the Proceed button.
Note: Ensure that all the domains added in the
Domain Authentication tab of your Creator account are verified in your ZeptoMail account and then proceed.
Learn more Upon clicking Finish, ZeptoMail credits will be provided based on the plan on a monthly basis. Once the association is completed, you can view the analytics by clicking the View on ZeptoMail button in the page.

From here, you can do the following:
Email tracking: Enable email tracking to monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other recipient activities for your emails.
Processed emails: Access logs of processed emails to track and monitor their delivery status and other relevant information.
Webhooks: Utilize webhooks to receive real-time notifications and data updates for your email activities.
Bounce addresses: Set up custom bounce addresses to handle bounced emails more effectively.
3.5 Steps to configure integrations with Zia
By default, the AI fields will be configured in your account.

3.6 Steps to configure integrations with Zoho Mail360
To configure system integration for Zoho Mail360:
- Navigate to Operations under Manage and click System Integrations. List of system integration services will be listed.

- Click the Zoho Mail360 card, or click Configure.

- Click Configure under the Configuration tab to set up the mailbox and configure it. You will be taken to the Mail360 mailbox creation page.

- Provide the mailbox name and click Configure to complete the setup.

Info: The Enable button will be disabled until the acknowledgment checkbox is ticked.
4. Removing System Integrations
To remove the system integration configuration:
Navigate to Operations under Manage and click System Integrations. List of system integration services will be listed. Select the card of the service you want to remove.

Click the horizontal ellipsis on the right hand side of the page.

Click Remove Integration. This will remove the integration of the service with your applications.
For Zoho Checkout, you can review all payment workflows, both enabled and disabled, before removing the integration. Removing the integration will disable any currently enabled payment workflows and make them non-functional until the integration is configured again.

When removing the integration with Zeptomail,
all the emails will be reverted to daily limits based on the Creator subscription plan
tracking emails, bounce address, and logs of emails will not be available
all the domains that were verified earlier will be removed
When removing the integration with Mail360,
all your existing form emails will be deleted
the mailbox associated with those emails will also be remove.
