3.2 Steps to enable integrations with Zoho Checkout

The following are the steps for enabling system integration for Zoho Checkout: 

1. Navigate to Operations under Manage and click System Integrations.
   

   

2. You will be able to view the list of System Integration services. You can either click on the Zoho Checkout card or the Enable button in the same card.
   

3. Upon clicking the card, you will be taken to the details page. Upon clicking Enable under the Configuration tab, it takes you to details page and also simultaneously start the service authorization process.
   

4. Choose the country from which you want to operate the payment gateway. Click Configure.

Note: Selecting a country, such as India or the United Arab Emirates, requires you to specify the corresponding state as well.


5. Once the configuration is completed, you can easily create payment workflows to make online payment transactions in your application. Click View on Checkout, to be taken to Zoho Checkout's service page.
    

 

3.3 Steps to enable integrations with Zoho Analytics and Cloud functions    


The following are the steps to enable Zoho Analytics and Cloud functions:  

1. Navigate to Operations under Manage and click System Integrations. You will be able to view the list of System Integration services. Click the card of the service you want to choose.
   

2. Click Enable under the Configurations tab and you can using of the features associated with the service.
   

3.4 Steps to enable integrations with ZeptoMail Analytics 


The following are the steps for enabling system integration for ZeptoMail Analytics: 

1. Navigate to Operations under Manage and click System Integrations. You will be able to view the list of System Integration services. Click the Enable button on the ZeptoMail card.
   

2. Click Configure ZeptoMail to start the association between ZeptoMail and Creator. Creator verifies whether the email address of the super admin is associated with a ZeptoMail account.
   
3. After the verification from Creator, follow one of the below steps as applicable:
   

4. Review the mail agent details for your account and click Continue.
   
   
   
Note: To enhance email organization and grouping of emails, Mail Agents are used. As part of the account association process, a new Mail agent called 'Creator Default' will automatically be assigned as the default option. However, if necessary, this default setting can be modified once the integration is successfully finalized from Email Analytics under Email Management.  

7. Once you set up a Mail agent, the next step is to Verify Domains in ZeptoMail. Click the Proceed button.
   
   
   
   
8. Upon clicking Finish, ZeptoMail credits will be provided based on the plan on a monthly basis. Once the association is completed, you can view the analytics by clicking the View on ZeptoMail button in the page.
   
   
   
   

From here, you can do the following:

• Email tracking: Enable email tracking to monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other recipient activities for your emails.
• Processed emails: Access logs of processed emails to track and monitor their delivery status and other relevant information.
• Webhooks: Utilize webhooks to receive real-time notifications and data updates for your email activities.
• Bounce addresses: Set up custom bounce addresses to handle bounced emails more effectively.
  

3.5 Steps to enable integrations with Zia


By default, the AI fields will be configured in your account.


4. Points to Note

Currently, you cannot disable a system integration once it has been enabled.
