Real-Time Sales Signals - Zoho CRM | Android App

Signals in Zoho CRM Android app

Sales signals are real-time notifications that you receive in your CRM when a customer or a potential customer makes an interaction. These interactions include emails that are opened, social media comments or direct messages, missed calls, and more.
Notes
Signals can be configured only from the Zoho CRM web.  Learn more
Scenario
Imagine you’re a sales representative who spends most of your day traveling to meet clients. On your way to the next one:
A notification tells you Prospect A just opened the pricing email you sent earlier.
Minutes later, you're alerted that Client B raised a support ticket.
Soon after, Client C mentions your company on X (Twitter).

All these updates reach you instantly on your mobile CRM, so you know exactly what’s happening with your clients/prospects without having to juggle between apps.
