How to customize the Thank You page?
Once your respondents submit the form, they will land on a Thank You page by default. This way, Zoho Forms ensures that you do not miss on acknowledging your customers for filling out the form.

Acknowledging your customers can help them know that their form has been submitted successfully.
Providing useful links in the Thank You page to redirect your respondents to your website for more information will further boost customer engagement.
There's more to it! You can also track your form submissions as conversions using the Thank You page.
Let's see how you can do it all on the Thank You page.
To access your Thank You page settings,
- In your form builder, navigate to the Settings tab.
- Click General > Thank You Page & Redirections > Thank You Page where you will find the option to customize your Thank You page message.
- You can change the default Thank You message and customize it using the Rich Text formatting.You can change the background color, font style, font size, font color, include any instructions using the bullets, insert useful links for more information, add tables, etc. You can also merge form responses with your message and make your acknowledgement more interactive!
Want to let your respondents submit multiple form entries?
Just select the Include a link to allow respondents to add another response option.
A button to add another response will be added on your Thank You page. When the respondent clicks this button, the form will reload for the respondent to fill out and submit another entry.
How to track your form submissions as conversions using the Thank You page?
In the Thank You Page, you can add Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel tracking codes to measure each form submission as a goal.
