Case 1 - When verification of a listing is held: Click Check Verification Methods, then click Confirm for sending secret code via post, SMS, or call to the mentioned address for verification. The mode of confirmation is specific to the country and category of the business selected.
Case 2 - When authentication of your business in a listing remains unfinished: Click Authenticate Now, then follow the prompts to authenticate the Business Directory.
Case 3 - When similar businesses are detected: Click Resolve. Scan the businesses for detecting the existence of similarities among them. then click Scan to examine similar businesses. If any of the listed businesses are yours, click Claim to claim ownership of your business.
If none of the listed businesses are yours, then you will be redirected to create a new business.
Case 4 - When the entered country is detected to be invalid: Enter the correct country where the business is located.
Case 5 - When an invalid primary phone number is detected: Enter a valid contact number
Case 6 - When there is a mismatch between the address and the latitude, longitude coordinates of the pointer: Readjust the marker or change the coordinates.
Case 7 - When the payment method chosen is invalid: Choose a payment method that is compatible and valid.
Case 8 - When the entered address is unable to locate: Check the validity of the address and enter the correct address.
Case 9 - When the category of business is detected to be invalid: Choose the correct type of business.
Case 10 - When the country/city/state entered is detected to be invalid: Enter the correct name of the region.
