Zoho PageSense helps to create heatmap experiments and track the visitors action on every section of your website, within minutes, using the Chrome extension. Further, the extension lets you load and view reports of the heatmap, scrollmap, and attentionmap within your experiment page, with detailed metrics such as visitor numbers, clicks, and conversions right within your browser.
To create a heatmap using Chrome extension:
1. Open the web page you want to create your heatmap and click the Zoho PageSense extension icon on your Chrome browser and then the plus '+' icon.
2. Click Heatmap.
3. Enter a descriptive name, choose the project from the dropdown that you want to include this heatmap in and click ACTIVATE.
Your heatmap will be successfully be configured running on your web page.
4. After activation, you will be able to view a statistical dashboard for your heatmap that shows the number of clicks, visits, and clicks and visit on your web page.
To view your heatmap report:
1. Click the Zoho PageSense extension icon on your Chrome browser, then click the heatmap that you want to view reports for.
The list of previously created A/B tests and heatmap experiments will be displayed, along with their status (started or paused or running).
2. Enable View Report to see the report on your live web page.
You can view this heatmap experiment's configuration and report within your Zoho PageSense account under the relevant Project as well.
