Capturing issues from various sources can help users stay on top of them. Clients can report issues from their websites with the simple to use Web to Issue Form. The form can be embedded on their business website and capture all the information relevant to the issue.
- Navigate to
> Issue Tracker and select Web To Issue Form.
- Click Add Web to Issue Form button to open the form.
- Enter a Form Name.
- Enter a Return URL. Users will be redirected to this page after they submit the form.
- Enter the Form/Web page Url where the form is to be hosted.
- Select a default Flag for the issue.
- Select the fields that need to be captured. Move fields from Available to Selected.
- Select the custom fields if available. Only fields for which the access permission is set to All Users (this permission can be granted when adding custom field to the Issue Layout) will be available in the web to issue form.
- Check the Include Captcha to the form option for added security.
- Click Generate Form.
- Copy the code and embed it in your website to host the Web To Issue Form.

- Embed: Use this option to embed the issue form along with your webpage.
- iFrame: Use this option to get an iFrame to host on your webpage.
- Source HTML: Use this option to create a complete webpage.
- When users submit this form, the details are captured and an issue is filed in Zoho Projects.
