Project - Dashboard
In Dashboard, you can view the project details in a graphical format. Widgets comprises Task Status, Issue Status, Phase Status, and more details about the project. Comments based on the Project Dashboard can be added in the Comments section of the Dashboard. While adding comments, you can add attachments too by clicking the attachments icon 
at the top.
Comment added to the Dashboard in the mobile app will be displayed only in Feeds on the web.
Access Project Dashboard
- Go to the Projects module.
- Select the respective project.
- Click Dashboard to view the graphical representation of Project.
Dashboard components
Progress Of Work Items
Track the progress of work items in a project using the components; Task Status, Issue Status, and Milestone Status. You can view how many work items are open and how many are closed.
Task Status
- Click Task Status to view the task status in detail.
- Click the
(change chart) icon to access different chart views for Task status. The chart views are Bar Chart, Pie Chart, and Donut Chart. Choose a chart view according to your preference.
- Click on a status in the chart to view the details of the tasks.
Issue Status
- Click Issue Status to view the issue status in detail.
- Click the
(change chart) icon to access different chart views for Issue status. Choose the desired chart view that suits your requirements.
- Click any status from the chart to view the details of the issues.
Milestone Status
- Click Milestone Status to view it in detail.
- Click the
(change chart) icon to access different chart views (Bar chart, Pie chart, and Donut chart) for the milestone status. Choose the desired chart view that suits your requirements.
- Click any status from the chart to view the details of the milestone.
Task - Planned Vs Actual
- Click Projects from the bottom bar to access the Projects.
- Click a specific Project to access Dashboard.
- Click Task- Planned Vs Actual to view the actual task hours and planned hours and remaining hours graphical bar representation.
Performance indicators
Know the performance indicators using this dashboard component.
- Click the hamburger icon
at the top-left corner.
- Choose Projects.
- Go to a project and select Dashboard.
- Click Top-5 Go-Getters to view the users who have closed the maximum number of tasks.
- Click Top-5 Issue Fixers to view the users who have closed the maximum number of issues.
- Scroll down and click Team Status to view the count of open and overdue work items for each user in the team.
Pipeline Work Item Indicators
Today's Work Items
Click the Today's Work Items section to view a list of work items scheduled for the current day.
Overdue Work Items
Click the Overdue Work Items section to view a list of incomplete work items that have exceeded their due dates.
Upcoming Events
Navigate to the Upcoming Events section to view a schedule of events planned for the coming weeks.
Reports and Summary Charts
Timesheet Summary
Click Timesheet Summary to view the logged billable and non-billable hours by the team.
You can also choose a different chart view by clicking the 
(change chart) icon at the top-right corner of the component.
Task Progress Chart
Click Task Progress Chart to view a graph showing task progress. You can view the task count for specific completion percentages.
You can also choose a different chart view by clicking the 
(change chart) icon available at the top-right corner of the widget.
Weekly Digest
Click Weekly Digest to access a summary of tasks, task lists, milestones, and issues specifically for the current week.
You can also choose a different chart view by clicking the 
(change chart) icon available at the top-right corner of the widget.
