Interview RSVP
The interview RSVP feature of Zoho Recruit will help interviewers to keep track of their scheduled interviews. You will get up when an invitation is accepted or declined by the interviewer and candidate. You can also see if they fail to respond to the invitation. This information will be visible within your Recruit account and Zoho Calendar.

An interviewer/ Candidate has declined an interview invitation.
The participants have responded tentatively or with "Maybe".
The participants have not responded to an interview that is going to happen in a short period.
Any and all combinations of the above.
Where can I view responses to interview RSVP?
You can see the responses in the interviews module. RSVP enables recruiters to choose between sending and not sending interview invitations to the participants (interviewer & Candidate) of an interview.
Note
The email invitations that are sent to the interviewers and candidates will have Yes, No and Maybe options to accept or decline the interview invitation.
The responses to the interview RSVP can be viewed in the interview record. The Invite status will show the responses of the participants.
Notes:
- The email invitations are sent by a scheduler which runs every ten minutes.
- Email invitations will not be sent to candidates and contacts who are in approval process or have enabled email opt out or have not consented to GDPR.
- An ICS file is sent with the email for syncing the event to Calendars of your preference. By default an interview that is scheduled will be added to your Zoho Calendar and Google/ Outlook Calendars (if enabled).
