Post and Manage your Jobs on ZipRecruiter

ZipRecruiter is a  web-based platform that streamlines the hiring process by allowing companies to post a job to 100+ job boards with a single click. By providing a central location for locating and screening candidates, ZipRecruiter helps employers make the best hiring decisions quickly and at a fraction of the cost when compared to traditional job boards.

 

Zoho Recruit's integration with ZipRecruiter allows your organization to publish jobs to the ZipRecruiter platform and track inbound candidates. To enable job postings on Zip Recruiter through Zoho Recruit:

Step 1: Enable Zip Recruiter under Setup 

  1. Go to Setup > Job Boards Hub > Job Boards List.
  2. Search for Zip Recruiter and enable the toggle button. 

  3. You can choose to post within Zoho Recruit or from your existing Zip Recruiter account. 

Notes
Note: If you choose posting from Zoho Recruit, your payment of $199 will be detected automatically.

Step 2: Publish jobs to Zip Recruiter  

  1. Go to the Job Openings module. 
  2. Select a job opening and click Publish icon.
  3. Choose Zip Recruiter
  4. Select a Candidate Application Form.
  5. Click Publish.

Case 1:  Free and sponsored job postings

If you enable "Buy posting from Zoho Recruit" under Setup, you'll have the options to post jobs either for Free or by making use of Zip Recruiter's sponsored job listings.



Case 2:  Recruiter account with Zip Recruiter 

If you publish jobs with your Zip Recruiter account, you can choose to post free or sponsored job listings, or you can post from your Zip Recruiter account.
