This guide will help you choose the right plan for your business and help unlock the full potential of Zoho Recruit.

1. Zoho Recruit Support Pricing Tiers

The following are the support plans we offer that you can choose from for your organisation's account.

Basic (Free)
  1. Includes: Knowledge base, community forums, email support, and customer portal
  2. Response Time: 24 Hours
  3. Eligibility: Free edition
Classic (Free)
  1. Adds: Toll-free support (8x5), live chat (8x5)
  2. Response Time: 12 Hours
  3. Eligibility: Paid editions
Premium (20% of License Fee)
  1. Adds: Remote assistance, product onboarding (45 days), config assistance, live chat & toll-free (24x5)
  2. Response Time: 3 Hours
  3. Eligibility: Paid editions
Enterprise (25% of License Fee)
  1. Adds: Weekend support, product onboarding (60 days), technical account manager, quarterly reports, live chat & toll-free (24x7)
  2. Response Time: 1 Hour
  3. Eligibility: Paid editions, 15+ users


2. Accessing Support from Your Zoho Recruit Account 

Accessing support directly from your account is simple. Follow these steps to get started:
  1. Log in to your Zoho Recruit account.
  2. Click on the profile photo icon located in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
  3. Select Need help? from the drop-down menu.
The Need Help section has multiple ways to reach our support team, depending on your needs.


3. Support Options Available

You can reach out to Zoho Recruit Support via the following options:

A. Email Support 

Write to Us offers 24/7 email support for all Zoho Recruit users, allowing you to submit questions or report issues at any time
To submit a support request via email:
  1. Go to the Profile section.
  2. Click on Write to us to access email support.
  3. Provide the description of your query.

B. Live Chat Support

Live chat provides real-time support for Enterprise users. This option allows you to chat with a support representative directly within the Zoho Recruit platform. To initiate a live chat session:
  1. Click on the Profile section
  2. In the Need help? section, select Chat with us (if you’re on an Enterprise plan).
  3. This is ideal for getting immediate responses to your questions or resolving urgent issues
  4. Business hours: Monday to Friday, specific to your time zone.
  5. Live chat is currently only available to Enterprise users. Other users can reach out via email or phone.

C. Phone Support

  1. We provide phone support during business hours (Mon-Fri) for users who prefer to speak directly with a support representative.To access phone support:
  2. In the Need help? section, click on Call us.
  3. Dial the provided support number.
NotesPhone support hours:
  1. Business hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, specific to your time zone selected in your Zoho Recruit account.

4. Zoho Recruit Community 

In addition to direct support, users have access to the Zoho Recruit Community, where you can engage with fellow users, share knowledge, and find answers to common questions. You can access this community from the Need help? section or directly through Zoho's forums.
