Emails sent as notifications from various Zoho applications like Connect, Desk, and Projects can be switched into a contextual live data view of the respective applications within Trident. These contextually-integrated emails are Smart Mails. They enable instant access to live data for which the notification was triggered, and help you take data-centric actions right from within your mailbox.
The applications that are currently supported in the Smart Mail view in Trident for Mac are Zoho Connect, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects.
