If a colleague you want to call or chat with is away, on a break, or busy, you need not wait around for them to become available. Trident can alert you through notifications they become available again. To set the notification:
Open the contact card or the contact details of the coworker whose current status matches one of the conditions mentioned below.
Click Notify When Available or Notify When Checked-In.
The Notify When Available and Notify When Checked-in options are available for the following statuses:

On a Cliq Call | |
In a Meeting/Webinar | |
Yet to Check in | Notify When Checked-In |

Alternatively, you can have Trident's Smart Assistant alert you through a notification. To do so:
Open Smart Assistant by clicking the Thunderbolt icon in the app Menu Bar
or by simultaneously hitting the shortcut keys Ctrl and Space bar.
Mention the user you want to set the notification for.
Select Notify me when {user} comes online from the suggestions.
