By default, the Offline Mode will be enabled in Trident. This feature downloads and syncs all your emails, which may increase disk space usage.
To enable or disable offline mode from the account switcher:
Right-click the account for which you want to enable or disable offline mode.
Select Resume Sync to enable offline mail sync or Disable Offline Mail.
To enable or disable offline mode from the account details page:
Click open the account in Settings.
In the Sync Mail section, toggle the Sync option on or off.
