In Zoho Writer, you can use the Mail Merge feature to automatically generate and print envelopes for multiple recipients. Instead of typing each address manually, you connect your document to a data source (such as a CSV file, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Sheet) and insert merge fields (like Name, Address, City, Postal Code). During the merge, Writer will pull recipient details from the data source and place them into the envelope layout, creating a personalized envelope for each record.
This is especially useful for bulk mailing, invitations, invoices, and customer communications.
