Zoho Writer Automation Add-On: Payments & Billing FAQ
1. Who can control the payment admin options?
- All integrated service (Zoho CRM, People, Recruit, Projects, Qntrl, WorkDrive) admin users can manage the Writer Add-Ons subscription and add/remove custom billing admins.
- Custom billing admins can only manage Writer Add-Ons, not the integrated service subscription. To make a user a custom billing admin, they must be a member of the integrated service and cannot add or remove other billing admins.
Zoho One subscriptions do not have the custom billing admin option.
2. How to check the billing admins and add custom billing address for your account?
Go to Subscription page on Writer admin dashboard > Click Manage.
The parent service admin will be the billing admin for Writer Add-ons subscription by default.
3. How to remove custom billing admins from your account?
Click on 'Remove' option near the user who needs to be removed from custom billing admins list.
The parent service admin cannot be removed from Writer Add-Ons billing admins list.

5. How to change the recipient details?
Use this link to update the recipient email address to which the invoice copy needs to be sent. 6. How to upgrade, downgrade or cancel the Document Automation Add-On?
Go to Subscription page on Writer admin dashboard > Click Manage Subscription.
7. How to switch from Monthly to Yearly Plan?
Click on 'Move to yearly' option inside Manage subscription page.
8. How to subscribe for the automation add-on in offline (without credit card)?
This is applicable only for the yearly subscription.
9. Flexible billing starts with $1. How many credits does $1 come with?
By subscribing to the flexible plan for $1, you will receive a monthly allocation of 100 credits plus free credits based on your integrated service subscription. The flexible plan will have a default maximum limit of 10000 credits per month, and this count will also be included. 10. How to map or tag a partner to manage your Writer Automation Add-on subscription?
Go to the Writer Admin page by following the instructions mentioned in this help page.
In Zoho Store page, please select "Tag your Partner" option from "Your Store Details" dropdown menu in the top band.
3. Select Writer Addons from the listed of services as shown below and click "Tag Your Partner" button.
4. Add your Partner Signup Code in the follow-up dialog and click on Submit.
5. Now, your partner will be tagged successfully to manage your Writer Automation Add-on subscription.
