Use Zoho Learn extension to create, review, and edit documents in Writer and publish or save them as a draft in your organization's knowledge base in Zoho Learn.
Zoho Learn can be accessed once you have installed and authorized Zoho Learn through the Zoho Marketplace.
You are required to be part of a hub in order to use this functionality.
To save a document from Writer as a draft article in Zoho Learn:
Click Zoho Learn from Extensions in the right sidebar.
Choose the hub, space and manual that you want to save your draft in.
Click on Save as Draft.
Your document will be saved as a draft in the knowledge base of Zoho Learn.
To publish a document from Writer as an article in Zoho Learn:
Click Zoho Learn from Extensions in the right sidebar.
Choose the hub , space and manual that you want to save your draft in.
Click on Publish Article.
Your document will be published as an article in the knowledge base of Zoho Learn.
