When a table spans multiple pages in Zoho Writer, the first row often contains column headers that provide context for the table’s data. To make your document more readable and professional, you can configure Zoho Writer to automatically repeat the header row on every page where the table appears. This ensures that readers don’t have to scroll back to the first page to understand the column labels.
Select the Table
Click anywhere inside the table you want to format.
Open Table Options
Click the gear icon near the table to open the Table Options panel.
Go to 'Rows and Columns'
Navigate to the section labeled Rows and Columns in the Table Options panel.
Enable Header Row
Check the box “Use First Row As Header”.
Apply
Zoho Writer will now repeat the first row at the top of each page that the table spans.
