How can an admin add meeting branding in Zoho Cliq?
Meeting branding is used for enhancing your meeting experience based on your agenda. Admins can add meeting themes for meetings in Zoho Cliq.
- Predefined Themes: Easily select from a variety of existing themes designed for different types of meetings.
- Custom Themes: Create personalized meeting themes to meet the unique requirements of your team or organization.
Note: This feature is available only for organizations with the Zoho Cliq Enterprise plan.
Add custom themes
- Navigate to the Admin Panel.
- Under the Customization section, click on Meeting Branding.
- Predefined themes will be displayed. You can either set your theme from there or create a custom theme.
- To create a custom theme, click the Add New Theme button.
- Customize your theme by adding the following style options:
- Theme Name: Enter a name for your theme.
- Logo: Upload a logo for your meeting theme.
- Background Image: Upload a background image.
- For mobile devices, you can upload separate background images for portrait and landscape views by checking the respective option.
- This image will be applied to both mobile and tablet views.
- Theme Color: Choose a theme color for your theme.
- Text Color: Select the text color.
- Screen Transparency: Adjust the transparency level of the screen.
- Preview your theme across different pages and devices.
- Use the zoom in/out buttons to adjust which part of the background image is displayed.
- Once you have made all the necessary adjustments, click the Save button.
Options Available in Meeting themes
Once you create a meeting theme in Zoho Cliq, it will appear in the Meeting Branding section with the following options:
- Set as Default/Set as Mandatory: Set a theme as the standard theme for all meetings.
- Edit: Modify the custom theme to update it.
- Delete: You can delete a custom theme.
Setting a Standard Meeting theme
Set as Default
- You can designate a meeting theme as the default, making it the standard theme for all meetings created within your organization.
- Meeting hosts have the flexibility to change the meeting theme when starting a meeting to suit specific requirements.
Set as Mandatory
- If a meeting theme is set as default, you can also select the Set as Mandatory button. This option enforces a single standard theme for all meetings, ensuring uniformity.
- Meeting hosts will not be able to change the theme when starting a meeting.
