Users with administrative privileges can customize company specific details, so that users of that specific organization will have common features.
To change company settings
1. Click on the

on the top right.
2. Go to Setup > General > Company Settings
a. Company Details
1. Under the Company Details tab, click

next to the organization name.

2. A new pop-up box to modify the company details will appear. Enter the details for the following fields:
- Company name
- Alias
- Employee count
- Phone
- Mobile
- Fax
- Website
- Description
- Super Admin
- Street
- City
- State
- Zip
- Country
3. Click Save to save the details.
1. Click on the

and a pop up window with a drop-down button will appear to set the time zone.

c. Set company logo
1. Click on the

and a pop up window to upload a company logo will appear.

2. Click Browse Local Files and choose the logo from your system.
3. Drag the corners to resize or crop your logo.
4. Click Crop and Set.
To set a fiscal year
1. Under the
Fiscal Year tab, click on the

next to the
Fiscal Year Begins in field.
2. Select the starting month from the Fiscal Year begins in the drop-down list.
3. For Display Fiscal Year Based on Q-YYYY, choose Starting Month or Ending Month. This option will not be visible if the starting month is January.
4. Click Save.
To set and edit business hours
1. Under the
Business Hours tab, click on the

next to the
Business Hours field. A pop-up box to edit the business hours will appear.
2. You can choose from the available options or also set custom hours.
3. Select a Business Hour from the following list.
- 24 Hours x 7 Days - Select this option if your company operates 24/7.
- 24 Hours x 5 Days - Select this option if your company operates 24/5.
- Custom Hours - Select this option if you want to customize the business days or hours.
- Same hours every day - Select this option if the business hours of the organization are the same everyday and choose the timings from the drop-down list.
- Different hours every day - Select this option if the business hours of the organization vary each day and choose the timings from the drop-down list.
4. Click Save.
While customizing the business hours, you can select the business timing as 24 Hours for both Same Hours Everyday and Different Hours Everyday.
While setting business hours, you can choose a particular day on which the week in your organization begins. Based on the day you choose, the data for next week, current week and previous week will be executed for Reports, Smart Filters, and Criteria.
To add new shift hours
1. Under the Business Hours tab, click +New Shift Hours in the shift hours category.
2. Enter the following details to create new shift hours
- Shift name: Enter the name of the shift
- Time zone: Click the drop-down to choose the time-zone
- Shift hours:
Same hours every day: Set the start and end time
Different hours every day: Enter the start and end time for each day
- Shift days: Select the shift days
- Break hours: Click the drop-down to choose the break hours, start and end time
Note: You can set up to two break hours
- Assign users: Click +Add user and select the users for the shift hours. Click Assign.
3. Click
Save.

To create a list of holidays
1. Navigate to Setup > Company Settings > Holidays.
2. Click Create Holiday List.
3. In Select year, choose the year from the drop-down list
4. In Apply To field, select the shifts from the drop-down list.
5. Enter the Holiday name and select the Holiday date from the calendar.
6. Click the

to add more holidays to the list
7. Click Save.
8. A pop-up notification will appear to confirm and proceed. Click Yes, Proceed.
To edit a holiday list
1. From the Holiday Details page, click the Edit button next to the holiday list.
2. Add/delete holidays or edit details in the existing holidays.

3. Click Save.
4. A pop-up notification will appear to change the holiday list. Click Yes, Proceed
To clone a holiday list
1. In the Holiday Details page, click the Clone button next to the holiday list.
2. In Select year, choose the year from the drop-down list
3. In Apply To field, select the shifts from the drop-down list.
4. Click the

to add more holidays to the list.
5. Click Save. A new holiday list is now added.
The holiday list will impact the availability of the services.
To delete a holiday list
1. In the Holiday Details page, click the Delete button next to the holiday list.
2. A pop-up confirming to delete the list of holidays will appear.
3. Click Delete.
Mark as unavailable in the calendar
You can mark yourself unavailable for a particular time of the day in the Practice Management Software calendar. This will ensure that the organization is alerted about your unavailability if an appointment is created for that time.
1. Click

in the top panel.
2. Choose a Date > Create. Alternately, you can right-click on the specific date.
3. Select Mark As Unavailable.
4. In the pop-up, select the Date and Time.
5. Enter Comments, if required.
6. Click Save.
