Create and share prescriptions

Post documenting the treatment plan, the doctor will now record and share the prescription details.

Create a record for patient prescription

1. Open the application and click the Patient tab in the top bar.
2. Select the Patient ID. You will now be able to view the patient details.
3. Click on the Patient Visit ID.
4. Click on the Prescription tab. You will be able to view the details.


Create a new medication prescription


1. Go to Medication Prescription and enter the following details
  1. Drug name: Click on the text box to select the drug name
  2. Duration: Click on the text box to enter the duration
  3. Frequency (M-A-E-N): Enter the medication frequency
  4. Patient instructions: Click on the text box to select the instructions
  5. Additional notes: Enter the prescription notes
  6. Prescribed item status: Click on the text box to choose the item status


Notes
You can also click +Add New Drug to add multiple medications

Share medication prescription

1. Click the Share Prescription button.  A pop-up box will appear



2. Verify the details and click Print Prescription.
