Reports help you identify areas for improvement as well as the strengths of your online training to make changes accordingly. Zoho Learn gives a detailed analysis of both the courses and learners in your hub.
You can navigate to the Reports tab to find the different reports that are available in Learn.

My Reports

As an admin, you may also be required to complete a few mandatory courses assigned by your organization. You can view your course performance under the My Reports' section. Similarly, individual learners can monitor their own progress from the My Reports section.

To view my reports:

  1. Go to the Reports section

  2. From the Report Dashboard, select My Reports.

 

In the overview section, you'll see the total number of courses that you've enrolled in, the number of courses in each stage, the average progress and average time spent.

Multiple Learner Report

The Multiple learner report provides a consolidated view of learners across your hub. It helps you see which courses each learner is enrolled in and how much they’ve completed, giving you a quick view of their overall progress.

To view multiple learner report:

Click Multiple Learner Report in the Reports tab.

You can view details such as the total number of enrollments, the summary of the progression status of learners.

 

You can view a more detailed report of your learners by clicking the learner's username. Once you click on the learner's username, you'll be redirected to the Individual Learner Report session.

Individual Learner Report

This section allows you to get a more detailed report of individual learners, such as their progress, performance, and completion status in each course.

To view the individual learner report:

  1. Select the Multiple Learner Report from the Reports tab.

  1. Choose the learner that you wish to see the report of by clicking on the Select Learner drop-down.

Once you've chosen the learner, you'll be able to view a detailed report of the learner such as the courses that they've enrolled in, their progress percentage in each course, the time that they've spent in each course, and their completion percentage.

 

The Funnel tab displays the percentage of learner's progress in the courses from one stage to another.

Multiple Course Report

You can get comprehensive reports of enrollments in all your courses and the progress of these courses from this section.

To view multiple course report:

Select the Multiple Course Report from the Reports tab.

You can see the total number of courses, total number of published courses, the total number of unpublished courses, the average progress of learners, and the course details from this section.


You can use the Status filter to view courses based on their current availability and the Date Range filter to refine your reports based on key course activity dates. This helps you focus your report on the specific set of courses you want to analyze.

Status Filter

  • All

Displays all courses, regardless of their current state.

  • Published

Shows only the courses that are live and accessible to learners.

  • Unpublished

 Filters the report to include only courses that are saved as drafts or not yet available to learners.

Date Range Filter

  1. Created Date
              View courses that were created within a selected date range.
  1. Published Date 
             Filter courses based on when they were published and made available to learners.
  1. Completed Date 
             Narrow down your report to courses that learners have completed during the chosen time frame.
  1. Enrolled Date 
             See reports for learners who enrolled in courses within the selected date range.

Simply choose the date type you want to filter by, pick a date range, and the report will instantly update to show only the relevant results.



Clicking on a course will take you to the individual course report, where you can find a detailed report of the individual course.

Individual Course Report

You can get detailed reports on the learners enrolled, their progress, and the lessons in individual courses.

To view individual course reports:

  1. Select the Individual Course Report from the Reports tab.

  1. Select the course for which you want the report by clicking the Select Course drop-down.

Once you've selected the course, you'll be able to view a detailed report on the course.


The Funnel  tab allows you to view the progress percentage of the learners from one stage to another.

Learning Path Reports

To view for learning path reports:

  1. Navigate to Multiple Course Reports from the Reports tab.
  2. Click the Funnel icon next to Export as CSV button.

To view individual learning path reports:

Click the learning path from the list.

Filtering Reports 

You can use the Filter By options to quickly narrow down reports based on when learners enrolled in or completed a course, enrolled in or completed learning path, and started or completed a lesson. These filters help you focus on a specific time range and analyze performance more accurately.

Filter By in course and learning path reports

  • Enrollment Date

            View reports for learners who enrolled within a selected date range.

  • Completion Date

            See results for learners who completed the course during the chosen period.

Choose the date range you want to review, and the report will automatically update to show only the relevant data.

Other features:

  1. To customize the information displayed in the reports table, click the Show/Hide columns icon and select the columns that you want to show or hide in the table.

  2. To export the report as CSV, click Export as CSV.

  3. You can apply filter options to display information depending on the status of the course, lessons, or learners.

You can also click the column headers to sort the table based on that particular column.
