Affiliate Signup Form Customization

The Affiliate Signup Form section is where you can customize the registration form that the affiliates will use to register if they’re interested in joining your affiliate program.

The customization options available are:

Fields

Fields serve as the primary filter that help you decide which affiliates to pick. Depending on your affiliate needs, you can add specific fields that provide you with relevant data and use it to decide. The fields available are:

Predefined Fields: Fields with built-in data for quick addition.

The Label and Description of all predefined fields can be modified according to your needs.

Custom Fields: Fields that can be customized according to your needs by configuring the following:

Label: The name with which the field will be displayed.
Description: This can include a brief explanation of the label.
Field ID: The ID that will be used to identify the field and track its input.
Mandatory: To make the field a requirement.

Terms and conditions

This section can include information about your program policies, permissions, and more. If an affiliate wishes to register for your program, they will have to agree to these conditions to proceed with the registration process, therefore acting as a secondary filter.

Affiliate Message Board

This space is where you can communicate with all your affiliates (all at once) about the program, tasks, rewards, and your needs and goals.

What will happen to the affiliate links and coupons sent after the program gets disabled?
Affiliate links and coupons that were promoted before the program was disabled will continue to function, even after it is disabled. However, affiliates will not receive any commission if a signup or purchase takes place using their link or coupon.
Can I remove an affiliate from the program?
You can remove an affiliate, by blocking them from the program. Go to Participants -> Affiliates. Choose an affiliate record to block. Click Details > Actions. Select Block Member. 5. In the alert popup, click Block.
