Certain bookings require multiple participants to attend, such as couple's therapy sessions that involve two attendees. These types of bookings cannot be accommodated through a group booking, but rather through a one-on-one booking option that allows for multiple participants.
Using the Guest Invite feature, customers can invite additional participants (guests) to attend an appointment with them. A maximum of up to ten guests can be invited for an appointment. Email notifications, reminders, and Calendar/Online Meeting invites will be sent to all the guests added.
To enable inviting the guest:
Select Services from the menu bar.
Select the required service from the left side pane.
Click Service Booking Form in the middle pane.
You can see the Invite guest field which is disabled by default. Hover over the field and click the eye icon to enable the Invite guest field.
To edit the field label name, click the edit icon , enter the required label name, and click Save.
Note: A maximum of ten guests can be added for an appointment through this field.
