Appointment Breakdown
The Day View displays all appointments which fall on the selected date, and are listed based on the appointment time. You can navigate to the required date using the arrows.
The Week View displays all appointments that fall in the selected week, which are listed based on the appointment date. You can navigate to the required week using the arrows.
The month view displays all appointments for the selected month, which are listed based on the appointment date. You can navigate to the required month using the arrows.
To choose columns for the view
Click this icon on the top right corner of the list.
Choose the required columns.
Select Apply.
Note: Please note that at least two columns have to be chosen.
To reorder columns for the view
Click this icon on the top right corner of the list.
Drag and drop this icon which is at the left of the column names. Reorder the columns.
Select Apply.
Note: Please note that you can also choose multiple options for each dropdown.
Note: Please note that when a filter or search is applied to the list, the exported list will also reflect the same.
To export the view
Click Export in the top right corner.
A pop-up window appears.
File Name: Give any desired name for the file to be exported.
Export As: Choose whether to export as .csv or .xlsx file.
Select Columns: Tick the fields that should be included in the exported file.
3. Click Export and your file will be downloaded.
They are as follows:
Update Status – This section shows the appointment's current status. It also allows various actions on an appointment – Reschedule, Cancel, mark as Completed and mark as No Show.
General Info – This section contains details like Date, Time, Duration, Service, Staff Assigned, and other related details.
Payment Details – This section contains payment details like Service Amount, amount Paid and amount Due. Learn more about Payment Status here.
Online Meeting Details – This section has meeting details like meeting Start Link, meeting Join Link and Meeting Key.
Additional Info – This section contains information on custom fields that were added to the booking form.
Other Actions – The other actions that you do in this section are:
1. Print the Appointment Summary
2. Open the Booking Summary page (Share icon) and
3. Close the Appointment Summary page
4. Delete Appointments
Cancelled appointments can be deleted by selecting the delete icon as shown below.
