Manage your WorkDrive Subscription

View subscription details

1. Go to https://workdrive.zoho.com/.
2. Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default.

3. Click Manage subscriptions under Account Details .
The Manage WorkDrive Subscription page will open with the following details.



Subscription Details
      Items purchased (WorkDrive plan, Client user add-ons, Storage add-ons)
      Number of units
      Total amount

Next Payment
      Next Payment on
      Payable Amount
      
Payment Method

Buy new user licenses and add-ons

  1. Go to Admin Console > Dashboard
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click Upgrade User/Add-ons.



  4. Enter the number of additional users required.
  5. Enter the number of client users and storage add-ons required. Available storage add-ons: 10 GB, 100 GB, 1 TB.
    You will be shown the amount to be paid.
  6. Click PROCEED.
  7. Confirm the order (i.e., the item (Additional User), number of units, and their total price) and click MAKE PAYMENT.
  8. Make payment to complete the purchase.

Downgrade user licenses and add-ons

  1. Go to Admin Console > Dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click Downgrade User/Add-ons.



  4. Enter the number of users to downgrade.
  5. Enter the number of client users and storage add-ons to downgrade.
  6. You will be shown the available users and add-ons count after reduction.
  7. Click PROCEED.
  8. View the updated details carefully and click PROCEED to confirm.
You will see a success message upon successful downgrade.

Change plan

  1. Go to Admin Console > Dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click Change Plan.
    A new page listing all the plans of WorkDrive will open. CURRENT PLAN indicates your current WorkDrive plan. 



  4. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan of WorkDrive. 

    If you want to downgrade to a lower plan, click DOWNGRADE on the required plan on the left. 

    If you want to upgrade to a higher plan, click UPGRADE on the required plan on the right. 

  5. Click Confirm.

Cancel subscription

  1. Go to Admin Console > Dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click Change Plan
    A new page listing all the plans of WorkDrive will open. CURRENT PLAN indicates your current WorkDrive plan.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription in the bottom-right. A confirmation dialog box will open.
  5. Write your reason for downgrading WorkDrive.
  6. Uncheck the box to downgrade immediately, or leave the checkbox marked to downgrade automatically at the end of your current billing cycle.
  7. Click Confirm Downgrade .
Info
After scheduling a subscription downgrade in your Zoho Store account, you'll see an info panel at the top of your account page detailing the upcoming changes. Here, you'll have two options:
  1. Resume Subscription: Click the Resume Subscription button to cancel the scheduled downgrade and continue with your current plan. If you choose this option, your existing plan will automatically renew on the next billing date.

  2. Downgrade immediately: Click the Downgrade immediately button to apply the scheduled downgrade right away.

View payment history

  1. Go to Admin Console > Dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click Payment History in the right-hand side.  The Transaction History page will open. 

    You can see all your payment history, which will contain the following details:
    Transaction ID
    Type (Upgrade/Downgrade)
    Plan Name
    Date
    Amount
    Invoice

Change payment method

  1. Go to Admin Console > Dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Under Payment Method, Click Change Payment Method.
    You can choose a new payment option—Credit Card or PayPal. Credit Card will be selected by default.
  1. For Credit Card, enter the card details and click Update.

  2. For PayPal, click Continue to proceed. You will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can log in or create a PayPal account and update your payment method.

Change billing details

  1. Go to Admin Console > Dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click Change Address near the Payment Method section.
  4. Click Billing Address under Billing Details
  5. Click Change under the existing address field.
  6. Enter the new billing address and click Update .
All your existing subscriptions with this billing address will be changed to the newly given address.


About your subscription
All subscriptions will be automatically renewed from your selected payment method on a recurring basis, and we'll send you a receipt each time. We do not store your card details. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. If the subscription is canceled, refunds and termination of access will follow the Terms of Service. Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change. Other restrictions and taxes may apply.
