Hello and good day to you folks!! We are excited to introduce our new Version 2.0 APIs, which are also supported in custom functions. As a result of the update to Zoho CRM Version 2.0 APIs, the CRM’s Custom Function Integration task, which allows you to perform automated tasks in CRM, has undergone some modifications. The zoho.crm.create() integration task will be renamed to zoho.crm._create() progressively. This change is being made by us, to differentiate version 1.0 from version 2.0 APIs. Hello everyone! As you already know, the v1 APIs will reach their end-of-life (EOL) on December 31, 2019, and so will the v1 Integration tasks in functions. For the customers to migrate their functions to v2 easily, we have Copied all functions (associated, standalone, and non-associated) to the sandbox environment. Marked the functions (under Setup > Developer Space > Functions) that use v1 integration tasks as "Deprecated". What should you do?
