Hi Folks. Does anybody else is facing this problems to connect zoho invoice? I'm running at iPad, over safari, opera, terra browser and none of them is capable to connect. Hello, I have 2 type of invoices : 1) Services 2) Trading/Other, both using different codes. Therefore, I would like to have the possibility of using both Autonumeric & Disable ((by possibility to add any codes/ref) at any moment. I've tried to Disable (by not marking the checked mark) and put a new code H001 to an invoice after few autonumeric (ex INV094001, INV094002), however it didn't work, instead I found INV094003 What should I do? Hi I really, really need to be able to sort and filter records in Zoho Invoice and then export them. Right now I can only export ALL invoices under the Invoice tab. It would be ideal, for instance, to select all closed invoices this week and export the details. Reports provide more control to filter the records, but then there is no ability to export the information and secondly it's not as detailed as the list of records under Invoices > Export. Are there plans to add this functionality any timeTemplate Help

My success story is a little more drastic. We were using MS word with a basic template to do our invoices keeping the info on a USB stick, it was always available, but still not as flexible as I wanted it. now using Zoho Invoice, I can jump on my laptop, or dive into the nearest Internet Cafe, or even on my client's pc generate and mange all my invoices with all the reporting any small business could wish for. I'm sure you will still add many features, but for now, I am already impressed. Keep upDelivery order module

I have changed my primary email and email ID to my biz email, yet when i send invoices, it sends from my personal. I have been trying Zoho Invoice and it is an excellent tool for me. However i have run into one problem. I work in a local area and i will find that i will have customers with the same name. Zoho does not allow me to create a new customer with the same name. I have tried a diffrent invoicing service and they allow duplicate names and you verify the customer by there address. We have a serious problem. We currently use a prefix of "11-" and then use auto generation of invoice number. For example the complete invoice number would be "11-5983". When we export the invoices to CSV or view in Zoho sheet it converts these invoice numbers to a date field. We need a fix for this.Modifying a template doesn't work any more

Hi the team, I send my first invoice from Zoho Invoice, and when I've click on the send button, there were no confirmation for sending (I've seen the loading in the bottom bar of chrome). I was thinking, that wasn't been sent, so I click once again, the send an invoice form was still open with no confirmatio, and so I check for to be sure in my webmail (because I was in copy), and what a surprise to see that the message have been send twice ! I've been "sending" invoices via zoho snail mail for several months. Turns out, may of the invoices weren't sent at all. Zoho doesn't notify users, Users have to go to snail mail history for each invoice to find out whether or not it was sent. Think about that for a second. Create an invoice, send Snail Mail, wait a few hours (because it shows in the Queue for a while), then manually go in and check to see if it was processed. I have invoices as far back as May that I thought were sent but were not.Add Item by taping the Item Code instead of selecting a code in a list.
