Hello, My organization(Tranganization) has been using Zoho webinar extensively. We have a paid account at your portal. But, we are facing a problem here. We conduct webinars with like 100 participants. questions are asked by host, where participants answer by raising their hands. When scheduling a meeting or inviting a participant to join, there should be an autocomplete which polls the licensed users list (for internal meetings) and contacts from CRM. When scheduling a meeting, there is a kind of feedback from the screen which hints at this, but then nothing happens. A great addition to Zoho Meeting would be to show an icon next to anyone talking or making noise. This is super helpful in meeting with more than a few people in case there is feedback, background noise, or just to identify quickly who is talking. As the above, when I try to login to Zoho through the desktop Zoho Meeting app, using my Google account (which is the only way I access Zoho at all), I get this message: This browser or app may not be secure. Hi, I was meeting with a client via my phone and noticed that there is not an option to record the meeting. So I switched to my tablet and noticed the same thing. Is this not a feature with the mobile app? If not, when will it be available. I didn't get any responses for this in the General Section, so I will try here. I am hoping someone else has had this issue. Zoho is releasing an ever increasing number of Training Seminars that being a Zoho newbie, I would love to attend online. The problem is, they are all hosted in Mumbai...I am in Texas. My Network guy (a contract guy) carries more weight than me apparently, and he refuses to white list their servers. Video and audio is great on this new version But there's a few problems - goes full screen on startup- this is insane and unnecessary - when in full screen, clicking green traffic light goes to single app mode not scaling down. This violates Apple's human interface guidelines- when an app is full screen, clicking the green 'maximise' button should scale the apps window down so you can see (and grab) ALL corners of the app window - can’t change size of video of presenter from client or presenterNo API for Zoho Meeting
How is it possible that Zoho Meeting has no available API? I see posts from over a year ago where the previous Meeting API was discontinued with promises that the new version would be released, but clearly that hasn't happened. Hey, i can't add a new user of our organization to meeting. It says 11 of 12 used at the top of the user table. In the right corner it says: "You have used all your meeting licenses. Please tell me I am wrong here, but I have come back to looking at Zoho Meeting after a couple of years using other services and I still see this? There is no "add to calendar" link offered, instead relying on attached .ics files? Do you understand how difficult attached .ics files are to add to calendars? Open Google Calendar. In the top right, click Settings Settings. Click Import & Export. Click Select file from your computer and select the file you exported. There is a default "Last Name" field in the editable Registration Form fields. The issue is that the Default Required Field "Name" is not editable and the order of the fields doesn't seem editable :-o How do you ask for First Name, Last Name instead of full name? We have been moved to the beta program some weeks ago. We were quite impressed about the progress the system made (multi-video stream, full-screen-video, ...) In the last days the system appears to be the same like it was the months before the beta. I think the beta had an URL like "meeting.staging ..." or similar. Now it loks like "meetinglabs ..." Hello Zoho, I wonder if you have or plan to have an option to make outgoing phone calls from the meetings. We call clients and sometimes we need to make a group call to one client. For example, 1) it could be an experienced sales manager and his trainee calling to a client. Sales manager runs a conversation, the trainee listens. 2) it could be a project manager that takes a sales manager to the call to discuss several questions at one shot. Hello, We are testing Zoho meeting. Our tests show that the voice quality is mediocre. However it is enough for understanding of what we say but the experience is not very good. We compare it with Skype and Google Meet. Please could you work on the the quality of sound. Hi, My name is Ratul Aich. I am a Principal Consultant UX. I thought to start an Online Focus Group based Learning Exercise to learn new enterprise apps collaboratively. The idea is that, one person will use the app over screen sharing & other participants will take down behavioral notes. But unfortunately people forget to take notes & stare at the screen following the user moves. So, I require a timer that fades out the screen if anyone is idle beyond 10 sec. Just as the title says....it is difficult to create a meeting via downloading an .ics file and then uploading it to the google calendar. Please consider adding a Google account connector so that we can add events directly, as other platforms do. this will allow my customers to also add directly, rather than using an outdated .ics upload method which is confusing to them.
