Hi, Just subscribed to Zoho One and noticed that Meetings was listed as one of the applications. When I came to try it out Meetings is not listed within the Applications list when I click on Add Applications. I went direct and only have access to the free version of Meetings. Will I need to pay a separate subscription for more than one person at a meeting and to rebrand? When you create a new meeting or webinar, the time is not defaulted to the hour or half hour. It defaults to 30mins from now. Rarely does anyone schedule a meeting that is not on the hour e.g. 14:00 or half hour e.g. 14:30. The default time should be to the closest 30min or hour time slot. Also, why not make the time selector 24 hour format? This would mean less clicks and typing for users when specifying a time.Moderator

When people join the meeting they do not appear in the attendee list nor do I get any indicator or sound that anyone has arrived. I have enabled Zoho Meeting for my Zoho One account. A few days ago I enabled integration to Zoho CRM but now I cannot add meetings from within Zoho CRM and when I disable the Zoho Meeting integration I cannot re-enable it. It seems that one must be at a computer to utilize this service. In the case that I want to send a meeting invite and include the Zoho meeting to use as a conference line I still must go to a desktop to login and start it. It will not work from the browser or app on a smartphone. Also, the attendees must go to the desktop to get the exact call in details since they are not included in the invite. Right now there is no way to create a meeting that is longer or shorter than one hour. Right now I have to create a 1 hour meeting, then send out a very quick change in Google Calendar to say that the meeting is 30 minutes. This looks unprofessional of me, and can cause my customers to decline a meeting that overlaps with other meetings they have, since they think the meeting is 1 hour long.
