Hi I have installed the Meeting Chrome Extension, but it is always greyed out (yet in extensions it says it is enabled) if you click on it it opens a sub-menu, in there if you click on zoho meeting it just opens the Chrome web store screen Please correct KevinPersonal Link

Hey, We are looking at a zoho one option and moving our gotomeetings to zoho meeting. Does it allow you to share specific applications on your screen instead of the whole screen? so I can say "share keynote" or "share safari" and only that will share not my whole desktop? Can I record meetings? Can i easily change the "presenter" ? Is there a branded "standby" screen? What resolution does it stream at? thanks! Hi, I have signed up for Zoho Meetings and opted for 3 x Hosts. I have now added three colleague who have accepted the invites. This morning my colleague was testing the service out with another colleague, but each time my colleague started a meeting (to share his screen with the other colleague) I would get a notification on my screen saying I was about to join a meeting. Can't get meetings to work at all. Desktop software starts, login works, even get meetings works. But when I start a meeting, the widget just sits there saying, "Connecting." I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted browsers, signed out, signed in and restarted computer all to no avail. We us large monitors so sharing whole screen creates readability issues for people viewing the screen. Also we have notifications and other open windows we do not want shared on the screen. Change Presenter made easier 'Change Presenter' functionality required downloading and installing an executable file every time, for all these days. Now it has been made easier. You just need to download and install an executable file only for the first time. When I view my Company Profile, it shows my portal URL as being not created although it has been. For example my profile shows the following: https://meeting.zoho.com/a/.. The directory name that I chose is missing and it appears that I need to create a new Portal URL although one already exists for my organization. I have been experiencing poor voice quality when using my VOIP phones and ZOHO Meeting at the same time. The voice quality goes bad when I am moving within my shared screen. I am considering Zoho meeting as a virtual meeting solution for our online school. We are strongly considering giving all of our students Chrome Netbooks next year. Our current virtual meeting solution, Blackboard Collaborate (formerly Elluminate) is a Java application that is not supported by Chrome OS. In my initial tests, Zoho Meeting worked well on Chrome OS in Flash and HTLM5. I am not, however, able to use the integrated VOIP which runs on Java. Hello, We're looking for a new solution for unattended access at our facilities and in doing so I ran across Zoho. I see that you can send an EXE file out for users to run, but it apparently prompts for an Event ID. Is there a way to embed this Event ID in the EXE and thereby create a list of computers that can be accessed later? Hi there, I have used Zoho meetings for many years and never had an issue; and I'm sure this issue below is a user error one! However, I tried to start a meeting today and it asked me for Proxy details. When I left the box as Do Not Use Proxy then it just came back with a 'Unable to connect. Try any one of the following'. I tried the alternate browser way, but still received the same proxy message.
