Will Zoho Meeting ever have VOIP audio or be adding webinar features like registration? It seems this product has not had any major feature upgrades in a long time. I would like to use it more with my other Zoho products like CRM and Campaigns. Bruce Letterle Red Lab MediaIs it possible to just share a window and not your whole screen?
We us large monitors so sharing whole screen creates readability issues for people viewing the screen. Also we have notifications and other open windows we do not want shared on the screen. So after 2 months of attempting to use the Zoho Meeting Paid Subscription - I decided to 'cancel' or DOWNGRADE TO FREE -- only to find that you folks have disabled the button to do this!!! hi, I've recently clicked on 'try now' button of Zoho Meetings, but I am not really interested in getting this product. How can I cancel this subscription before the trial ends and the system requires payment? I do not want to have any restriction accessing my account due to I did not cancel this free trial. Change Presenter made easier 'Change Presenter' functionality required downloading and installing an executable file every time, for all these days. Now it has been made easier. You just need to download and install an executable file only for the first time. It prompts for 'Launch Application' henceforth and once you click on it, Participant screen gets changed to Presenter Screen automatically, without any installation. When I view my Company Profile, it shows my portal URL as being not created although it has been. For example my profile shows the following: https://meeting.zoho.com/a/.. The directory name that I chose is missing and it appears that I need to create a new Portal URL although one already exists for my organization. I have been experiencing poor voice quality when using my VOIP phones and ZOHO Meeting at the same time. The voice quality goes bad when I am moving within my shared screen. I did not have this problem prior to the newest Meeting release (1.5?). Is the newest release using more bandwidth on my internet connection, thus impacting VOIP performance? I am considering Zoho meeting as a virtual meeting solution for our online school. We are strongly considering giving all of our students Chrome Netbooks next year. Our current virtual meeting solution, Blackboard Collaborate (formerly Elluminate) is a Java application that is not supported by Chrome OS. In my initial tests, Zoho Meeting worked well on Chrome OS in Flash and HTLM5. I am not, however, able to use the integrated VOIP which runs on Java. Hello, We're looking for a new solution for unattended access at our facilities and in doing so I ran across Zoho. I see that you can send an EXE file out for users to run, but it apparently prompts for an Event ID. Is there a way to embed this Event ID in the EXE and thereby create a list of computers that can be accessed later? Hi there, I have used Zoho meetings for many years and never had an issue; and I'm sure this issue below is a user error one! However, I tried to start a meeting today and it asked me for Proxy details. When I left the box as Do Not Use Proxy then it just came back with a 'Unable to connect. Try any one of the following'. I tried the alternate browser way, but still received the same proxy message. Hello, could you please clarify my understanding of how the meeting pricing works: If I have a company with 50 people, all of which could be hosts but would use the meeting function maybe only 10 times on average during the year, am I to buy 50 full licences? Or, if in practice there will never be more than 5 meetings going on at the same time, is it enough to buy 5 licences? In other words: are the host licences for named users or floating licences? I have tried to download and install the Mac OS X agent and I get the following error: I tried downloading it multiple times, to no avail. I'm running on a fully patched Mac OS X 10.8.4 64 bits, if that helps. I've used Zoho CRM in the past and was happy with the product. I thought I'd try out Zoho Meeting... to be honest, after giving it a go and running a trial meeting, I was quite disappointed with the lack of features. Some of the features lacking: - Can only send out 1 meeting reminder, not a series of them. - Can't modify the meeting email. - Limited country dial in numbers. - Can't auto hide the participants user screen, or the dial in screen, etc. - I still have to download the meeting .exe onCannot dial with skype

When a GMail user opens a Zoho Meeting invite email in the GMail web interface the links in the email don't work (not clickable) and there is a strange looking gray background in the email body. If the GMail user forwards the same email to their same GMail account and opens the forwarded email, then the forwarded email works properly and does not have the gray background. We've tested with Yahoo and Hotmail web interfaces and they do not have this problem. Native email clients also work fine.Announcement when attendee joins or leaves call

If you are going to charge for Meeting at the existing rates, then you really need to make a priority of adding significant features such as control of what part of the screen - or which monitor to share. The application is extremely limited without this feature if I am to use it for Education Sessions. I really love the Zoho suite of applications, but a few need significant upgrade, such as meeting. Shuts down upon starting a session for remote support, wont stay up, it quickly post the session ID but then it errors out and restarted the webpage which half is blank. Even tried paying for service, which now I am trying to get refund because it doesn't work with one of the biggest used browsers. Hi, there, i have no audio in the meeting. There is no sound coming from the presentation. Even when i watch the demo video there is no sound. At my volume panel, there is no signal at all. We did a test as we are new to Zoho.... The presenter had a problem getting in with VOIP, the attendee did not. The presenter then dialed in and both parties could hear each other, but the quality was severely lacking. The presenter was using external mic and attendee using built-in laptop mic. What could be cause and possible correction to the poor audio quality? Suggestions needed right away or we'll have to find another provider for this afternoon. Thanks, UNext Page
