Trying to create a calendar with multiple meetings
Hi, I recently signed up for the trial version and am trying to figure out how I can create a calendar with multiple meetings and post it for clients to register for their preferred meeting. Can someone please let me know how this can be done or if it can be done? Thank youMac

I can download and open the desktop plugin for OSX Mountain Lion but when I try to install I get an error that says the image is corrupt. I have tried several times. Thank you.IE 9.0.8
Shuts down upon starting a session for remote support, wont stay up, it quickly post the session ID but then it errors out and restarted the webpage which half is blank. Even tried paying for service, which now I am trying to get refund because it doesn't work with one of the biggest used browsers. Everyone has an opinion about browsers, mine is windows machine, I use IE.. I am wondering if some one can help me troubleshoot an issue - I am no longer able to launch a Zoho Meeting via the Desktop Plugin (or the meeting.zoho.com website) Per the attached JPG, the desktop plugin will stall at the signing in screen and if I close this screen and try to launch meeting from the web, I get a message that tells me: "Another instance of Zoho is running. Can people in our meeting can talk "through" our computers (using the computer mic. & speakers) using Zoho meetings? If so, how do I set this up? If not, what are some of the options for enabling audio through the computer (i.e. so they don't have to use a phone) and how do I do this? Hi, there, i have no audio in the meeting. There is no sound coming from the presentation. Even when i watch the demo video there is no sound. At my volume panel, there is no signal at all. We did a test as we are new to Zoho.... The presenter had a problem getting in with VOIP, the attendee did not. The presenter then dialed in and both parties could hear each other, but the quality was severely lacking. The presenter was using external mic and attendee using built-in laptop mic. What could be cause and possible correction to the poor audio quality? Suggestions needed right away or we'll have to find another provider for this afternoon. In your documentation for the html viewer, there is an option called "Attendee Viewing Option" under the Settings tab. When I go to the Settings tab I don't have this option available. Why is that? RayCan I set up zoho meeting from zoho crm?

I haven't used Zoho Meeting very much where I turn a partipant into a presenter. But, several times when I, have we get an offset of the presenters cursor on my screen and perhaps others (vertical in the last instance). This happens when I make another user the presenter and they are using the "Active X" viewer. I hesitate to use the "make presenter" function much because of this. Is there a more trouble free way of sharing an invitee's desktop? Or some adjustment that can be made to preventAdding Invitees to an Event
Creating events through the API is a useful options, but being able to add invitees to them would also be very handy. I cannot find a description of that functionality anywhere in the documentation. Is it even possible?Suggestion for VOIP

I am having a couple of problems with the Trial version. I have tried IE, Firefox and Chrome all with the same results. Having logged in. I go to Manage Organization, Add Users, but do not see any text box or button to press to add new users. I am trying to update the Company Name in Organization Profile of Manage Organization I enter the information without error, navigate to a different page and when I return to the Organization Profile, the Company Name is not present. Hello, I setup a Zoho meeting, I was for audio you have the option as Audio conferencing Enabled. When I clicked on the link, the app displayed a dialog box for me to type in the details. When I embed a meeting onto a website, is it normal for the user to be taken away from the site upon entering their name/email? I am considering Zoho meeting as a virtual meeting solution for our online school. We are strongly considering giving all of our students Chrome Netbooks next year. Our current virtual meeting solution, Blackboard Collaborate (formerly Elluminate) is a Java application that is not supported by Chrome OS. I switched from Go to Meeting to Zoho and really like it. The only downside I see so far is that you do not offer VOIP. This is really nice feature that lets me use a headset while I demo software. Good Morning - I host many ZoHo Meetings a day and have 3 monitors on my computer. When I start to host a session, my screen fills with the blue background and the toolbar at the top as I assume everyone's does. The problem is that there are no title bars or buttons for that window. I know that I may drag the corners to resize the window, but wish to easily be able to drag or somehow choose to have it move to another monitor.
