Slow session
Session are established, but there is a huge delay in accessing the remote desktop? is it cos of the free version or will it be rectified once we Buy the lisence?Number lock turning off

I thought I would start a new thread, since it seems no one replied to the other one. Back in May 2009, someone from zoho said this feature would be available in a few months... it is now March, 2010... Any updates?What am I doing wrong?
Every time I try to set up a meeting it seems I have to jump through hoops to get the connection made. I have embedded the code into my website at http://sp-tutorials.homestead.com/RemoteAccess.html I set up a remote meeting and start the meeting. I get a blue screen that says I am waiting for the other person. I give the other person the id number. They enter it and it takes them to a page with the id number and a link to "join session". When they click the link either nothing happens or they getHide Attendee Chat from other Attendees?!
What settings do I need to change to not let other attendees see questions/chat but only allow the Presenter to see the Chat? Another question: is the meeting ID static. That is, if I want to set up a Meeting that goes on indefinetly can I publish the Meeting ID on my website and anyone can use the ID to join the meeting when it has started? The way I use Web Conferencing is that I publish 3 weekly meetings and want to just set up one meeting ID and publish it. Hello, I'm currently evaluating Zoho Assist and have tried a remote assist session with myself on another computer. It has worked really well so far. Is there a way to schedule a remote assist session so that no end user interaction is required? I have a client who doesn't have time to get some maintenance done on their computers during the day. It would be great if there were a way to have them accept the remote session and have it begin at a certain time...even better would be a way to establishZoho Meeting Compatibility with Firefox 3.5.7

I tried to host a meeting using Zoho Meeting for the first time. I have used it in the past to allow Zoho to remotely view and control my computer to diagnose issues with other Zoho modules. When I tried to host the meeting ti would let both me and the other user log on. But as soon as I tried to share my screen it gave me an error message that it was unable to share my screen and I needed to re-boot my PC and try again. I did that and tried to establish the meeting again, but I got the same message.Pay as you go options
Have you folks considered a Pay as you go or pay per use pricing option for Meeting? There's only occasional times that my company needs desktop sharing or multi-person meetings and even the minimum subscription is not worth it for us--a start-up company. FreeConference and a few others have one-time payment options for the extra features like share desktop and meeting recording options. As our company is a Zoho Business customers we'd assume give you the business: from Freeconference.com: PremiumZoho meeting- any Remote Access soon?
I am using gotomypc.com right now. Does Zoho Meeting work the same way, or do you always have to have permission from another user/computer? With gotomypc.com I can be at home (or anywhere), and log into my computer at my office so I can work.Schedule meetings start and stop times?

Hi, just tried to test the free remote assistance service to provide support to a friend remotely. This friend garbled his email settings, which was the reason for this remote session. Before this I even thought about purchasing the meeting account to use it professionally at work and considered it a good test before using the remote assistance software for treating real customers. Session initiation worked without problems, but as the friend has no access to his email I could not use the firstwhen I started a meetting ,I got "Download Java for your desktop computer now!"

When my client enters the remote assistance meeting, a window pops up that says "You are now sharing your desktop, allow technician to control my PC" , then the Chat window opens right on top of this window. The chat window hides the other window so my client doesn't know he is suppose to click "ok" on that window. Can you make the chat window open off to the side so it doesn't cover the other window? I was in the process of purchasing an account when I noticed in the demo video that Linux support is not available for a presenter. Since I need to be the presenter this support is crucial before I would buy an account. In an answer to a question on March 19 you state that this support will be available soon. I gave things a test run today - set up a meeting w/a friend I was a presenter, using windows OS, firefox browser - she uses Mac/Safari We got the meeting set up no problem - nice and easy! But then we discovered that there was a very long delay btwn when I'd do something on my screen vs when she'd see it - took btwn 30-45 seconds for her to see what I'd done The first time she used the Flash option for viewing. I host a weekly meeting - I would like to know if I can create an ongoing meeting so that the meeting key is the same each week to save time when inviting participants.
