Java 1.4 no longer supported
Invited a friend to join a meeting. They got message stating they need to install java 1.4. When they followed the link the webpage stated that that version was no longer supported. They were unable to join using ActiveX or Java. What do we do?Zoho Meeting browser plugin for Firefox 3.5.3

Is there any way to be allowed to install software using remote assistance? The screen locks up every time i've tried on a few different occations.General observation
When my client enters the remote assistance meeting, a window pops up that says "You are now sharing your desktop, allow technician to control my PC" , then the Chat window opens right on top of this window. The chat window hides the other window so my client doesn't know he is suppose to click "ok" on that window. Can you make the chat window open off to the side so it doesn't cover the other window? I have same problems as Jeune fi: 1. Can't get the meeting to start...just has swirling "starting hour glass" on presenter side and "waiting for the.." on the participant side. 2. I was in the process of purchasing an account when I noticed in the demo video that Linux support is not available for a presenter. Since I need to be the presenter this support is crucial before I would buy an account. In an answer to a question on March 19 you state that this support will be available soon. I gave things a test run today - set up a meeting w/a friend I was a presenter, using windows OS, firefox browser - she uses Mac/Safari We got the meeting set up no problem - nice and easy! But then we discovered that there was a very long delay btwn when I'd do something on my screen vs when she'd see it - took btwn 30-45 seconds for her to see what I'd done The first time she used the Flash option for viewing. Tried again using the java option. both were equally slow. Any thoughts/suggestions?How many pople could be joined Zoho meeting at the same time?

I host a weekly meeting - I would like to know if I can create an ongoing meeting so that the meeting key is the same each week to save time when inviting participants. I am using the free version for one-on-one webinars and am having some issues. If I play a YouTube video for the other person to see, it moves very slow for them, and they can't follow along. There is a significant delayed response. I have tried all the possible settings including "ActiveX", "Java" and "Flash". I am using high speed internet and Internet Explorer if that helps. I just received this from one of our physician trainers:Ok. Training was interesting today as Zoho kept disconnecting everyone and remote server failing me.Hunter no showed for second session.Wieder did not get second session due to the way we trained today.I had everyone do training on their own sites without zoho. First session took almost 2 hours and 2nd session was completed within 25 min with no one feeling lost. I am getting darn sick and tired of our prospects getting kicked off our web demos we are hosting with zoho meeting. We already limit audience logins to three in order to mitigate the unbearable delay, and we have eliminated our tried and true use of shared controls in order to avoid the disastrous, even worse, lags that result. Held a webinar today with around 23 participants. Names in participant list would mysteriously drop off, even though particant would remain on. Made it hard to monitor who was in attendance. I was searching for an alternative for a WebEx type product and came across your site. I tested the Remote Assistance product and really liked what I saw. I tried to host my first meeting, but the Meeting toolbar is only partly visible, and other windows, such as the participants list are only partly visible too. It is as if the icons in the toolbar and the information in those pop-up windows are shifted to the right so that the left side is blank and the right side is no longer visible at all. This is clearly some sort of bug, and it makes the application completely unusable -- not a good start to my trial! I am running Windows Vista 64-bit if thatApplication Sharing
