skype option not working
Hi I have purchased the 10 user version of zoho meeting and thought I could use skype with it But when I login, the skype checkbox is not enabled on the create a meeting page Please help as this is virtually useless to me without skype as we are in australia and audio conferencing is too expensive Thanks JacquiMeeting Problems
I am using the free version for one-on-one webinars and am having some issues. If I play a YouTube video for the other person to see, it moves very slow for them, and they can't follow along. There is a significant delayed response. I have tried all the possible settings including "ActiveX", "Java" and "Flash". I am using high speed internet and Internet Explorer if that helps. How do I get their screen to move at the same pace as mine? Thanks.Can't find the skype buttin

When I started the meeting, the viewer would open in a new window, then another, then another, then another, etc. this happened with all 3 viewers. makes the meeting service unworkable tomZoho Meeting charges

I just received this from one of our physician trainers:Ok. Training was interesting today as Zoho kept disconnecting everyone and remote server failing me.Hunter no showed for second session.Wieder did not get second session due to the way we trained today.I had everyone do training on their own sites without zoho. First session took almost 2 hours and 2nd session was completed within 25 min with no one feeling lost. Symko needs to schedule E-bill training.The good news is everyone learned everythingGetting very angry!
I am getting darn sick and tired of our prospects getting kicked off our web demos we are hosting with zoho meeting. We already limit audience logins to three in order to mitigate the unbearable delay, and we have eliminated our tried and true use of shared controls in order to avoid the disastrous, even worse, lags that result. But users getting kicked off -- both attendees and hosts -- is simply not excusable. We pay every month. The software should work! Medicfusion EMRzoho meeting

Since the presenter does,'t have the toolbar as partcipants do , so I would like to ask if the presenter can control the PC of participants ? I only find participants capable of contoling the presenter's PC by pressing the remote contol icon but not the other way round Thanks for your time !invitees

Held a webinar today with around 23 participants. Names in participant list would mysteriously drop off, even though particant would remain on. Made it hard to monitor who was in attendance. Is this a software problem that needs fixing on your end? Hello, I liked the desktop sharing capability. I reviewed the Zoho meeting demo and I tried to initiate a zoho meeting. Saw chat option however, did not see a way the presenter can talk. I was searching for an alternative for a WebEx type product and came across your site. I tested the Remote Assistance product and really liked what I saw. I tried to host my first meeting, but the Meeting toolbar is only partly visible, and other windows, such as the participants list are only partly visible too. It is as if the icons in the toolbar and the information in those pop-up windows are shifted to the right so that the left side is blank and the right side is no longer visible at all. This is clearly some sort of bug, and it makes the application completely unusable -- not a good start to my trial! I am running Windows Vista 64-bit if thatApplication Sharing

The interface for making an attendee the presenter so that they can share their desktop needs some work.So far I have not been able to accomplish desktop sharing by making an attendee the presenter. There are two MAJOR flaws with your current system.1. When you make someone the presenter there is no "Share Desktop" button in their tools menu.2. Hello,We use Zoho Meeting to train clients in different locations across the country. Is there a "Welcome" screen that we can use while we are waiting for people to join the meeting? The problem is that if we are not sharing, the attendee sees a big bright blue screen. In one of our client meeting using zoho we have found lot of intruders in between. we have under impression that free meeting is one on one but we have found intruders in few instances and we forcibly ask them to signoff the intruders. Hi I am fairly new and I have searched through the forums but the challenge I am having is that with another meeting program I was using I was able to only share the ppt not whatever was on my screen. I have tried your service to connect to several different machines and all failed. I'm not the usual user, I do work in IT myself so I might know the possible reasons behind this, but I thought that I would get your advice on this instead. First of all thank you for this service. I successfully used this to train to teachers on how to input their grades and they were all in two campuses 45 miles apart. I actually had two questions: A. Does my resolution affect what they see. I have a 22 in monitor @ 1680 x 1050. I had two teachers that said that saw only half of my screen and the third teacher actually had a 22 and said she did not have any probs. B. I have Zoho Meeting FF extension 1.0.0.1 and when Firefox opens there are two buttons in my toolbar for it. I go to Firefox toolbar customize and pull one out and that session remains fine. But when I close and reopen Firefox, two buttons are there again. Is this a bug or have I done something wrong? Both buttons work fine, but I only need one. :)Windows only? Hi I want to schedule a meeting when I found that the presenter should be on a windows PC. I spent time filling out a presentation to find out this message after I invited some clients. I dont own a windows pc and now I have issue of getting one or I want to disturb my clients through other medium. First off, I love products from Zoho. Well most of them. I've recently been using Zoho Meeting but have been a little disappointed in it. Here are my issues: 1. Attendees often complain that the join button is greyed out. Initially I thought perhaps they try to join meetings that haven't started yet, but that is not the case 2. When they are able to join, they can only see part of my desktop. Does this have to do with my screen resolution?
