【Zoho CRM】Google カレンダーの同期に関するアップデート:Google カレンダーに予定が入っている時間帯をCRM上で「対応不可」として設定するオプションの追加

このたびの機能アップデートにより、Google カレンダーで設定した予定の時間帯を、Zoho CRM のカレンダー側で「対応不可」として表示させ、時間帯をブロックするオプションが追加されました
これにより、組織のユーザーがZoho CRM のカレンダーへ予定を追加する際に、他のユーザーがGoogle カレンダーに入力した予定の日時を避けて予定を設定することができます。
なお、今回の機能を利用するには、あらかじめZoho CRM とGoogle カレンダーの同期を行う必要があります。

当方で試したところ、以下のように表示されました。

■カレンダーの同期 設定
設定 > マーケットプレイス > Google >カレンダー の順に進むと同期の設定ができます。




■Google カレンダーの予定
Zoho CRM とGoogle カレンダーを同期すると、Google カレンダーに入力した予定をCRM上に反映することができます。今回紹介したオプションをオンにすることで、対象のGoogle カレンダーに予定が入っている時間帯をZoho CRM 上で「対応不可」として表示できます。




■予定の対象者から見たカレンダー
予定の件名は「対応不可」となり、クリックすると詳細が表示されます。




■他のユーザーから見たカレンダー
予定の件名は「対応不可」と表示されますが、クリックしても詳細は表示されません。
