Tips and Tricks 03: 3 tips to attract more audience to your training sessions


Welcome back to ShowTime's Tips and Tricks. In our previous posts, we saw how notes can boost virtual learning and how you can select participants for your trainings. Today we'll learn how to promote your sessions effectively from ShowTime
 


A lot of time and work goes into contacting potential trainees, setting up logistics, and creating the content for your training sessions. However, even a beautiful and well-delivered session will fall flat if no one attends your training. Promotion is the key to delivering impactful online training sessions, which have the power to influence and inspire professionals around the globe. 
 
Here are three quick tips to promote your training and attract more audience to your sessions on ShowTime:
 
1. Embed the session details in your website. 
2. Embed the registration form in your webpage. 
3. Add the session to your Organization profile page.

Embed session details in your website

You can embed a link to your training sessions on your organization's website, blog , or social media accounts by clicking Embed Session in the Promote tab.


 
From here, you can:

1. Specify a name for the webpage (e.g. Facebook, blog, Zylker organization) where you want your registration form to be shown in the Where will the link be shared? text box.
2. Select a widget size: full banner, square, or skyscraper.
3. Copy and paste the iframe code into your preferred webpage. You can preview the session details in the right pane. 



The iframe you paste into your site tracks the registration source. For example, when a user registers after clicking on the embedded session in your twitter post, that user will be tracked as "Twitter." If a user registers from your blog, they will be tracked as "Blog." 
 
You can check the results of this tracking analysis under the Source column in the Registrations tab.



Embed registration form in your webpage

Embed the registration form on any of your digital platforms (eg. blog, organization webpage, etc.) by clicking Embed Registration form. Your trainees can register for your session directly from the embedded webpage. 
 


Add the session to the organization profile

Your organization profile page is another good place to promote your session. To add your session details, check the box labeled Add this session to your organization profile. Once your session is listed on the profile page, your registrants will be able to sign up for your session directly from that same page.  
 


You can also share the session link in your personalized email invites or other digital media by clicking Share Session Link .
