With the new Custom Reports feature of Zoho Books, all of your customizations can be saved as a separate report, which you can later access instantly.The new feature also allows you to configure which users can view, export, or schedule custom reports.Note: Currently, the Custom Reports feature is available for the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and Invoice Details reports for users in Premium, Elite and Ultimate plans of Zoho Books.To create a custom report: click Customize Report in the report details page. After customizing the report, click Save as Custom Report.To view a saved custom report: go to Reports and select the Custom Reports tab.
When you use an email address that is from a public domain or an unauthenticated domain to send invoices to your customers, these emails are more likely to land in the recipient's spam folder. With Zoho Books, you can authenticate your sender email addresses, preventing them from being mistaken for spam. For your domain to be considered authentic by Zoho Books, it should have an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and a DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) record associated with it.To check whether your email addresses are authenticated: navigate to Settings > Emails > Sender Email Preferences.Note that if your email addresses are not authenticated, the email address in the From field will be replaced automatically with message-service@sender.zohobooks.com, which is Zoho Books’ own email address.
You can now sync your contacts and items in Bigin with your contacts and items in Zoho Books. If you have a Bigin account and wish to set up the integration, go to the Integration page in Bigin and select Zoho Books. Sync the contacts and items by mapping the fields and entering the necessary data. Once the set up is complete, the Invoice, Estimate, and Sales Orders modules will be created in Bigin. You can create transactions with the synced contacts and items from within Bigin.Note: You can have Zoho Books integrated with either Zoho CRM or Bigin, but not both, at a given point in time.
