Show all task and meeting records associated with an Account or Contact even if they were created in other modules?
Is there a way to create a view that shows all open tasks and meetings associated with an Account or Contact even when the task and meeting records have been created in other modules than in the associated Account or Contact record view?
Background: I have created different custom modules to enable my users to capture relevant information for each of their different types of meeting ("meeting notes"). I noticed that when I create a Task or Meeting in each custom module record, it's only visible in that record view. I want my users to be able to see all the Task and Meeting records in the associated Account or Contact record view, regardless of who created them, who is assigned to the record. This would give my users working as a team an overview of all outstanding items to follow up on at their future meetings. The intuitive way would be for the users to go the relevant Account or Contact view to see this information, and navigate from each Task or Meeting record to the associated "meeting notes" record.
