Welcome back to the "Accounting On-the-Go" series. In this segment, we'll explore a feature designed to enhance your financial management. With the Zoho Books mobile app, you can easily match or categorise your bank transactions, ensuring your financial records are always in perfect harmony.

Matching and categorising your bank transactions ensures they align perfectly with your Zoho Books records. How it works in Zoho Books iOS app:

 Open the Zoho Books iOS app
 Navigate to "More" and select "Banking."
 Choose the bank account for which you'd like to match or categorise transactions.
 Here, you will find a list of your bank transactions that require attention under the “Uncategorised” list.
 Simply click on a transaction and select either “Match transaction” or “Categorize Manually.”
 If the corresponding transaction is already available in the system, click on “Match transaction,” and select the relevant transaction(s) from the suggested matches. Once chosen, click on the “Match” button to complete the process.
 If the transaction has not been recorded yet, select “Categorize manually.” Choose the correct category, enter the remaining details, and save the information.

How it works in Zoho Books Android app:

 Open the Zoho Books Android app.
 Navigate to the left side panel and select "Banking."
 Choose the bank account for which you'd like to match or categorise transactions.
 Here, you will find a list of your bank transactions that require attention under the “Uncategorised” list.
 Simply click on a transaction. If the corresponding transaction is already available in the system, select the corresponding transaction(s) from the “Possible match” list. Once chosen, click on the “Save” button to complete the process.
 If the transaction has not been recorded yet, select “Categorize manually.” Choose the correct category, enter the remaining details, and save the information.
