I'm hoping some of the smart people out there can point me in the right direction.
We have the Zoho CRM Mailchimp integration installed, and it works for some people in our organisation, but not others.
I am able to successfully select Leads and use the "Add Lead to Mailchimp List" button to transfer those Leads to Mailchimp.
This also works for a colleague who is the super admin.
However, there are at least three members of staff for which this doesn't work. And for one of those people it needs to work.
Here's what happens: Upon pressing the "Add Lead to Mailchimp List" button, a window appears but no Leads' email addresses appear and no Mailchimp Audiences or Tags can be selected - see attached screenshot.
The Mailchimp Integration is set up for Admin and Standard profiles - see attachment - but all the people mentioned are have Admin profiles so it should work.
We have tried using different browsers and no matter what I do, the integration works for me, but we cannot get it working for those three colleagues.
As Admins we all have access to the Mailchimp module in the CRM, as well as the Mailchimp Segments/Tags module and Mailchimp Audiences Module. So we have ruled out solutions involving permissions to those modules.
This problem has stumped the smartest people that I usually call upon, and we have had no luck with the Zoho Extensions team so far.
Any point in the right direction, even if it's just something to try changing, or a method by which we can debug what is happening, would be much appreciated.
