Adding Images to a Quote in Zoho CRM
We are currently preparing to use Quotes in Zoho CRM and we are building out our Quote templates. We came across an issue of not being to add Images of the products to the Quote - specifically in the body of the Quote templates.
This is a problem, as my company wants to be able to provide a visual of the products referenced in the Quotes, sometimes as many as 3 images. It's a great way to communicate to the clients when we provide them a quote.
I think this feature is extremely important and would like to suggest to the Zoho CRM development team this need.
Is there any way to prioritize this feature?
In the meantime, are there any great work arounds besides just adding images as attachments to the email when sending the Quote to the client? It's not the most professional or visually pleasing way to do this, but we need something in the meantime.
