Adding Scripts to Wiki

I have tried many times to add a script to the manual to show videos in our manual.  The code is removed by the engine every time I save and exit.

Here are the 2 methods I have tried:
  1. Add HTML through the editor's toolbar.  Click on Add HTML and copy and paste the HTML code.  Once added when I go to the HTML <> I only see the first line of the HTML code.
  2. Go directly to the HTML editor and add the HTML code.  When I exit the HTML view and go back the code is no longer there.
We need to have videos inserted in the manual that are being fed from other sources, e.g. Screencast and Amazon cloud.  No matter what I do I can't add them.

Any ideas?
