Hi,
I am currently the admin of our Zoho People Account but I am no longer part of our company. Can you please tell me how am I going to change the administrator of this account? I need to transfer this account to the new admin.
I tried changing my registered email address but it says that the new email that I wrote already exists. How am I going to resolve this issue? Can you please help me as I really need to resolve this matter urgently.
Also, if possible, can you please give me all the registered emails under the domain taqnyah.ae? And is it possible to delete some email address from Zoho record so that I can add them again or I can update my current email?
Please help me in this urgent matter.
