I have a Zoho Survey and a list of contacts in Zoho Campaigns.

The list of contacts contains multiple contacts from multiple companies. Let’s just say 100 companies with 3 contacts each

My goal is to get one completed survey per company (not per contact). I’d like to email as few contacts as possible in order to reach this goal

Advice on how to do this?

1. Is it possible to create a campaign that emails just one company contact at a time?

Right now I have 3 lists, each with a different contact for each company. I was planning to run the survey campaign for each list, one at a time, but…

2. More importantly, is it possible to NOT email a contact if I already have a completed survey response from someone (anyone) from their company?

E.g. could I create a Zoho Flow that automatically removes any contacts from a list for a company that has completed the survey?

Any ideas would be great!

Thanks!

Your advice was helpful in that it showed what is possible.

If I understand correctly, you recommend keeping my contacts in separate lists so no more than 1 person from 1 company is in a single list. Then you recommend using Zoho Flow to remove a contact from a list once they complete a survey.

This comes very close to meeting my need, however that doesn't affect any other contacts from the same company.

I'll have to see if I can use Flow to remove members of the other list based on a shared contacts field...

Hello Jared,

Thank you for your post!

In Zoho Campaigns, you can create a workflow to automatically remove a contact from the list once they complete a survey. Simply enable the response action, select "Survey completed," and set the action to remove the contact from the specific list.

Since the contact is removed only from the specific list there won't be any issues for other contacts which are present in other lists.

Hope it Helps.
