I am a Zoho One Subscriber. We use some features of "Zoho Marketing Automation" in our work. I have a team of four including two business owners (myself and my wife), and two employees.
I need to be able to allow other users to "edit smart links" others created in "Zoho Marketing Automation", and NOT just their own smart links (are smart links and smart urls the same?) that they created themselves. I created a new user role called "full admin" and tried checking every box so that they had every capability I was allowed to give them, at least, that I saw. I have checked everywhere else and even went to "Directory" and tried to change the "owner" for the service to another user rather than (I assume) myself.
I don't explicitly need them to be able to edit the "root" URLs (i.e. subdomain.example.com) although I wouldn't mind it if they were able to edit them, but I do need them to be able to at least edit the links.
I don't know what else to try. As it stands, my business partner is able to see, but not edit, any links that I created. While I am able to see and edit everyone's links and my own.
