Announcement on Maximum Allowed Daily API Credits
Hello everyone!
We are excited to announce that the maximum allowed daily api credits available for Professional and Enterprise/Zoho One editions have been increased.
The revised maximum allowed credits are:
- 1,000,000 credits for Professional edition
- 2,000,000 credits for Enterprise/Zoho One edition .
Please note that the maximum credits include the daily available free credit specific to your edition based on the number of user licences purchased and additional add-on credits purchased.
You can purchase credits until you reach the cap of 1,000,000 credits for Professional edition as compared to the earlier daily limit of 500,000 credits. For Enterprise/Zoho One edition, you can purchase until you reach the cap of 2,000,000 as compared to the earlier 1,000,000 credits.
For example, consider that you are using professional edition and you have 100 user licences purchased, the current credits you have are 100,000 . This is calculated as sum of 50,000 base credits and number of user licenses multiplied by 500. You can purchase 900,000 more credits till you reach the maximum cap of 1,000,000 credits.
