Announcing "Business Hours" and "Calendar Booking" - Zoho Recruit
Dear customers,
It is indeed challenging at these difficult times to communicate with teams whose families and themselves are affected by the current covid-19 crisis in India. However, the notion to help our customers with all the best ways possible has never been away from our vision. Said that, the requirement to log business hours in Zoho Recruit has been coming in for the last few months. Today, we are happy to ship it live in Recruit.
Additionally, you can now set your availability preferences with the Calendar Booking.
Why we built business hours?
When organizations function in different regions at different time zones, there comes a need to create shift hours for people working at various times. While this has been an essential requirement for both our customers and partners, we've shipped this today so the whole process of scheduling interviews is now efficient and better.
Depending on the working hours of your organization, you can choose either 24/7 or 24/5 as the business hour. In addition, if a company follows different timings on each day or functions on weekends, business hours can be customized accordingly.

- Mark days/time when users are unavailable.
Makes sure no two interviews/events overlap at the same time. (Yes! When you try to add an event or a call on a time that is allocated for some other task, the system will alert you. )

Calendar Bookings
Calendar booking comes in handy to set dates based on your availability. You can share your booking links either via emails to candidates, or embed them on your website.
The benefit?
Candidates can now choose the available dates at their own time zones, cancel, or reschedule interviews themselves.

Hello all, If your bookkeeping is reporting in cash, you cannot use the new fixed acid module, as it does all the depreciation bookings accrual and not cash.
