GreetingsFor Annual Leave we have policy as 30days per year from date of joining , credit only when employee
finish one year of joining ..
if we have employee joining date => 1/3/2023 ...
employee at 1/3/2024 => will have 30days .. ( 2.5days every month )
my query is lets supposed that employee take leave at 1/5/2024 instead of 1/3/2024
company want to give him extra days == to 2 month == 5days....
how I will be adding that employee 5 extra days automatically from system ..
2 - if that employee take leave of 35 days starting from 1/5/2024 till 6/6/2024 ..
I want policy to be applying to that employee for next annual leave at last joining date of him to the company 6/6/2024
how I achieve this ? what are solution that I can apply to achieve this from inside or outside zoho people
