I'm hoping someone in the community can help me get my head around what should be a simple query.
I'm trying to integrate the Desk API into our IT monitoring system so that I can present ticket information on a global dashboard. We use PRTG for our monitoring system, which has an inbuilt REST API sensor.
I'm currently trying to test it in the simplest form using the "Self-Client" API method in the console. I've used this to generate an Auth Code with the relevant scope (Desk.tickets.READ) and setting its time to 10 minutes, but when adding this to PRTG and refreshing (within 1 minute), i'm still getting 401 errors.
At this point I'm not sure what else i need to do - any advice that can be given would be appreciated.
