Ask the Experts - live forum-based Q&A discussion on building customer insight with Zoho CRM



We are excited to open the stage for this month's open house discussion. Zoho CRM 2020 release included 16 robust features that covered developing customer insight, experience, intelligence, and foundation in Zoho CRM. We're happy to see a lot of you using these features, so we thought it's time to host a live Q&A discussion to address any questions or issues you may have. This is a multi- part series and the first one covers features that help build customer insight.
 
The first session is set for on 27th July 2021, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM EDT | 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM BST.
 
Our panel of experts are from CRM product management who saw these features built from scratch . Feel free to post your questions as comments to this post. Our experts will answer your queries when the session is live.

Marketing Attribution - helps you to gauge and identify the campaigns that render maximum ROI. Leverage marketing attribution, analyze the performance of your campaign through in-depth data analytics.
 
Cohort and Quadrant Analysis - helps augment the power of analytics in Zoho CRM. With cohort analysis, group the data that have shared characteristics or experiences within a specific time-span and analyze the behavior of each group.  Quadrant analysis transforms complex and high volume data into a simple, straightforward, and comprehensive framework. 
 
Analytics App  - keeps you on top of your sales targets and retrieves real-time stats to  help you make data-driven decisions on the go.

    • Custom Function: Automatically populate the State, City and Country based on the ZIP code (only for US)

      Scenario: Automatically populate the State, City and Country based on the ZIP code (only for US) When a contact, lead or an account is created, you have to fill in the address details manually. You can save time by populating the value for State, City and Country based on the ZIP code you enter. You just need to enter the ZIP code and the rest will be populated automatically.
