Hello all!

We are back with an important topic for discussion today on 'Ask the Experts - Zoho Inventory.' Let's discuss the integration between Zoho Inventory and Zoho Sign for e-sign capabilities for your organization.  

We're seeing a tremendous increase in e-signature requirements with most of our customers currently working from home. At the moment, the only workflow available in Zoho Inventory to handle this is to create an Invoice and get it signed digitally by your customers.

will this integration help me to collect signature form my client on Zoho Inventory mobile app?

How would it fit with collecting signatures upon delivery. Eg: packing slip receipt?

Hello there,

Thank you for taking part in this session. 

The Zoho Sign - Zoho Inventory integration fundamentally allows the users within your organization to digitally sign documents that are sent out to your clients only. You can not collect signatures from your clients. 

P.S:-  You can collect Signatures on Estimates in Zoho Books using Zoho Sign-Zoho Books Integration.

Can it be used so a sales order confirmation can be emailed to the customer, then they sign it to confirm they are happy with the sales order, and it is marked as confirmed in Inventory?

Hi Dwayne, 

Glad to see this idea. But, I am sorry to inform you that this is not possible to achieve this right now. 
Instead if you use Zoho Books along with Zoho Inventory, you can create an Estimate and have the same approved by your customer from the Customer Portal. This once confirmed Estimate can be automatically converted into a Sales Order which can be then further processed and Invoiced by your team. This Invoice is the step where you can digitally sign using Zoho SIgn. 
We will keep this idea in mind.

This is needed for Martian Productions since our audio/video clients usually have specific requirements so we need to have a contract signed.
